What is included in your Umrah packages?
Every Umrah package covers air tickets, the Umrah visa, travel insurance, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, three buffet meals a day, airport and inter-city transportation, ziyarat of the historical places, an experienced guide and a documents bag. The Premium and Luxury tiers add closer hotels, laundry, Taif and Badar ziyarat, and city tours.
How close are the hotels to the Haram?
It depends on the tier. Economy Umrah hotels are within 500 m of the Haram, Premium within 300 m, and Luxury within 100 m. On the Hajj side, the Hilton package places you at Makkah Tower at effectively zero distance, and Madinah hotels are in Markaziya, 50–100 m from Masjid an-Nabawi.
What does shifting and non-shifting mean in a Hajj package?
In a non-shifting package you stay in the same Makkah hotel for the whole trip. In a shifting package you move between a hotel before Hajj and a different, usually closer or higher-category hotel after Hajj. Shifting packages are cheaper for the same hotel quality; non-shifting is more convenient because you unpack once.
What is the difference between the short and long Hajj packages?
Short packages run roughly 18 to 20 days and cover the Hajj days plus a compact stay in both cities. Long packages run roughly 35 to 40 days and include a much longer stay in Madinah and Makkah around the Hajj rites.
Why do Hajj prices say "+ TCS"?
TCS is Tax Collected at Source, which Indian tour operators are required by law to collect on overseas tour packages. It is not our fee — it is deposited against your PAN and you can claim it back or adjust it when you file your income tax return. We will tell you the exact amount applicable to your booking before you pay.
Can I upgrade from quint sharing to a smaller room?
Yes. Hajj package prices are quoted on a sharing basis and each package lists the per-person supplement for quad, triple or double occupancy. Tell us your preferred occupancy when you enquire and we will quote the final amount.
Do you arrange the Hajj and Umrah visa?
Yes. The visa is included in every package. We handle the application and documentation; you supply a passport with sufficient validity, photographs and the required vaccination certificates.
